It’s been a big month here at [missing]piece, ‘Redemption‘ won ‘Best Script’ at the Cinemagic International Film Festival, ‘Beer’d‘ was screened as part of the same festival, I shot a music video for local Belfast band A Plastic Rose and finally….I shot my latest short film entitled ‘The Shot.’

‘The Shot’ is a short film about two hitmen Dave (Bennett Warden) and Keith (Robbie Beggs) who, while out on a job, have a bit of a relational breakdown.

I had the privilege of working with Xander Neal from Navyblur, who came on board as Cinematographer. Xander has done an amazing job capturing the amazing landscape and eccentric characters in this short and Bennett & Robbie have pulled out a stellar performance. I honestly cannot wait to show you the work the cast and crew have done on this project.

Unfortunately it may be a while until we premiere ’The Shot’ online, it’s already on it’s way to start a festival run with interest from the L.A. Irish Film Festival.
